Board Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held in February, April, June, August and December. The Annual Membership Meeting in October is also considered a Board meeting. Usually the meeting will be on the first Monday of the month but in some cases that is so early that it would be very dificult to audit the treasurer's report prior to the meeting. In those cases the meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month. In 2026, this will happen in June and August and in 2027 in February and August.
